help!!

Guys....please help us making it more interesting. This is a sample mailer. Improve it!!!

I take the pleasure to introduce to you, the opportunity to associate and bring to completion,a unique coffee table book about the most difficult terrains of the Indian armed forces. Christened fondly as “THE ROADS LESS TRAVELED”, it’s a print and web project. In first of its kind effort,we are trying to bring Army,Navy and the
Air Force, glorified, together.

The salient features
  • The first of its kind ‘multimedia’ project which combines the effect of web and print together for maximum effect.
  • Media coverage for all its making when the team travels. Press conferences at the beginning and end. Press interaction all along.
  • 8 well defined sections in the book to provide as much the visual as informative value to the reader.
  • The direct interactions and live shoot with the Armed Forces makes this a very lively and interesting.
  • The website enables blogging to reach a wider Target Group.
  • Less clutter as the team is small and each member handles a section completely.
  • A well defined target group. Described in the detailed project proposal.
  • Involvement of iconic people of the nation in the project due to its cause.
  • Involvement of the USI for the research and text.
  • Good institutional sales expected.

The detailed proposal and sponsorship details are attached for your perusal. If it interests you, it shall be my pleasure to take you through the details of this adventurous, ambitious, heartwarming noble and extremely difficult to achieve project.

A meeting at the earliest is most desired.

Thanks.
